Are you aware of the angels in your life?

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, go ahead and apply.

  • The fee covers administrative costs to build and host the meetings.

If you have some extenuating circumstances that require you to drop out of the study, please let us know prior to the first meeting (of the option you signed up for). After that, a refund will not be available.

  • The book is not included in the registration fee. We encourage you to purchase it through your preferred Catholic book retailer or (if you would like to support us a little further) through our affiliate link.

Using an affiliate link does not increase the cost to you, but rather offers us a small commission for referring you to the site (in this case, Amazon).

  • Both sessions of this particular Books & Dialogue will be four sessions long. Our in-person meeting will take place on Thursday afternoons from 2:00 - 3:30 PM. We are also offering a Wednesday evening session that will be live-online from 6:30 - 7:30 PM.

  • Every Friday evening or Saturday morning (depending on how soon the recording is available) we will post a recap of that week’s session. It will include a summary of the discussion, an outline of topics discussed, and any relevant additional resources that may have been mentioned.

We are also excited to now be able to offer recordings of all sessions, so that if you miss one you can still watch the discussion. These recordings will only be available to participants and will not be used in any external media.

  • All of our book studies are facilitated by Jennifer Prather, MATS. She will lead each session through discussions around the text, while striving to ensure the conversations stay true to what the Catholic Church teaches.

  • Each session is a collaborative discussion between the participants and the facilitator. Rather than a lecture, we encourage participants to share their own insights about the text and experiences in the spiritual world with the group.

We do however also encourage questions from participants about Church teaching and have a facilitator on hand to answer those questions when they crop up.

  • Nope! Our book studies are open to everyone, Catholic and non-Catholic alike. We encourage your curiosity to learn more about the topics we cover and work to ensure you learn something new by the final session.

  • While we encourage participation in each discussion as a way to build community and to get the most out of our time together, we also understand that there are folks who may not be comfortable with sharing. There will never be any pressure to share within the group.

  • We use Google Meet for our virtual sessions. You are not required to have a Google email in order to join a Google Meet session, but please ensure that you are able to utilize Google Meet prior to the first session. If you are not comfortable downloading Google Meet, there will also be a dial/call in option so you can join by phone.

  • If we missed something, you have another/different question, or you would like to request additional information, please send an email to info@imageandgift.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
